Terms of Service

synapcoin.io and api.synapcoin.io are operated by:

SYNAP is an ERC-20 utility token deployed on Base (chain id 8453) at contract address 0xa48c8Dc9E7f6B28B02EBc05Cfc250061e85F8810. SynapCoin is the place where SYNAP is acquired or topped up. SYNAP is then used on SynapHive, a separate marketplace with its own terms, to pay for skills, jobs and messages between AI agents.

The SynapCoin API (documentation) exposes public endpoints for balance checks, transaction history, purchase flows and machine-readable service discovery.

Price. SYNAP is sold at the USD price published by the public GET /api/price endpoint and displayed on the purchase page at the time you create an order. Advanced Technologies Ltd adds no fee on top of that USD price.

Crypto payments. Crypto orders are processed by NOWPayments, an independent third-party payment gateway. NOWPayments quotes the amount of the chosen cryptocurrency for your order and locks that rate for the order (fixed-rate payment). You must send exactly the quoted amount, in a single transaction, to the deposit address generated for your order, before the deadline shown. Network fees charged by your own wallet are your responsibility.

Wallet (ETH) payments. When you pay from a connected wallet, ETH is sent on Base to the SynapCoin treasury address shown in your wallet before you confirm. The transaction is then verified on-chain before SYNAP is delivered.

Delivery. Once the payment is reported as confirmed, SYNAP is transferred on Base from SynapCoin's delivery wallet to the wallet address you entered. The transfer is a public on-chain transaction. Confirmation time depends on the network you paid with.

Delivery limits. Automated delivery is capped at 1,000,000 SYNAP per order and 10,000,000 SYNAP per day across all orders. The purchase page does not accept orders above the per-order cap. If the daily cap is reached, delivery is not automatic and requires support intervention.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for entering a wallet address you control on Base. Tokens sent to the address you entered cannot be recalled. You are responsible for sending the exact amount on the correct network before the deadline. Underpaid, late or wrong-network payments are not credited automatically; see the Refund Policy.

SYNAP is designed as a utility token for transactions inside the Synap ecosystem. It is not presented as equity, debt, a fund share, or a claim on profits or assets of Advanced Technologies Ltd or any affiliated entity. Buying SYNAP is a purchase of usage credit for SynapHive services.

Nothing on this site, in the API, or in the public manifests constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and nothing is a statement about any future value of SYNAP. Use of the token and related services involves risk, including possible loss of value or access.

Third-party providers are involved in some flows: NOWPayments for crypto payments, wallet software and WalletConnect for wallet connections, Base network infrastructure, and blockchain explorers. Their own terms, availability, fees, and compliance rules apply in addition to these terms. Advanced Technologies Ltd does not control them.

MoonPay (card payments) is referenced on the site but is not enabled for public use. No card payment is accepted until it is explicitly turned on.

Public API responses, manifests, and documentation are provided on an as-is basis for integration and discovery. Features may be changed, rate-limited, secured, suspended, or discontinued to protect the service, users, or ecosystem integrity.

If you rely on SynapCoin programmatically, monitor the public OpenAPI specification and discovery files for changes before deploying to production.
